Document
The sections below preserve the substance of the site terms while making the page easier to scan and compare with the rest of the utility layer.
01
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LawFirmSEO.pro website and any services we provide.
By accessing the site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the site.
02
LawFirmSEO.pro provides SEO and related search-visibility services for law firms. Those services may include local SEO, technical audits, content strategy, link acquisition, reporting, and related consulting support.
Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and commercial terms are defined in separate client agreements where applicable.
03
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the site, its users, or its systems.
04
Site content, including copy, graphics, layout, branding, and related materials, is owned by LawFirmSEO.pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission, except where limited use is otherwise allowed by law.
05
Free audits, consultations, and similar offers are provided at our discretion for informational purposes.
They do not create a client relationship, guarantee service availability, or obligate either party to enter a paid engagement.
06
Paid work is governed by separate agreements that define scope, fees, timing, ownership, reporting, and other project terms.
If a signed client agreement conflicts with these general site terms, the signed agreement controls for that client relationship.
07
We work to improve rankings, visibility, and lead generation, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, or business outcomes.
Search engines, SERPs, AI-assisted discovery systems, and competitive markets change constantly. Case studies, examples, and testimonials on the site are contextual evidence, not guarantees of future performance.
08

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless a signed client agreement provides otherwise.
09
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LawFirmSEO.pro and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
10
The site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or scheduling services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.
Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own policies.
11
We may suspend or terminate access to the site where we believe conduct is unlawful, abusive, harmful to the site or other users, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless a signed agreement provides otherwise, disputes arising under these Terms are to be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13
We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
